loving the dor beetles, got the same ones in Holnicote last summer

 

Tony do you know the scientific name for the bugs? The sycamores were crawling with them. I wondered what they actually feed on? The stem of one tree was red with the amount infested on one stem. Interesting stuff for sure.

I was refering to the dor beetles, those like dung of big red deer your red beetles are
