well there are many people out of work, and £250 a week is better than sit around on your arse dole money :001_huh:

the company offering this posistion, give me a foot in the door of the tree world, when they were working in my area and ive never looked back,i have gone on to work for myself, sub for a few companies and fill in with the local council tree gang when they need me to cover sickness, hols etc

you cant kick a man in the teeth when he is offering work:001_rolleyes:

well said martyn and it is very true:thumbup: i Know so many people who are not even in tree work that would be happy to earn that money. In this current economic climite, i dont think people can be fussy if they want to get there foot in the door so to speek. btw martyn i'll be in touch soon, may have a week's work for us when i get back.

cheers sam,when you home!

Is this the same job advertised on the directgov (jobcenter) website at £250 a week? Very cheap cutters in dorset, £50 an 8 hour day ,most brash dragging groundies make £60 plus with no tickets!:confused1:

Its not the same job, the other job is for people with little experience, this is commercial felling on a price. I have had some PM's, I will reply to them tomorrow.

Onwards and upwards Martyn!

There ya go twiglet, see you need to know the facts before you jump in with comments. I've also worked for Mark & can verify that him & James are sound fellas, I only left because of health reasons then after a lay off I started up myself & I owe KCM a lot of respect,(ok Mark you can get up off the floor now lol), they were especially very good to youngsters starting out,(as long as you didn't mind miles of newt fencing :001_tongue:).
