Idea if you can't whistle

Someone once pointed out that the buckle on the chest strap of my rucksack doubles as a whistle in case of emergency. My idea is that you could easily put a similar whistle-clip on the chin strap of your helmet to blow when you need to get someones attention in a noisy environment. Could one of you suppliers get one invented because I can't whistle very loud.

Here's the sort of thing I'm talking about:

i used to clip a whistle to my chin strap but didnt like the idea of getting caught in the face with something and the whistle being between my face and the object, so i used to carry it in my personal first aid kit.

beat me to it rupe, i didnt see your post.

On petzle helmets its not that easy to remove the existing buckle, so adding a seperate whistle is probably better.

The question is, is it ok if you have to remove the helmet in order to blow the whistle? If you use one one of those buckles ain place of your actuall buckle, then you would have to undo the chin strap and, I'm guessing, take the helmet off.
