The company that I work for are looking for someone to become our lead climber. It would be an ideal post for someone who has finished their college course and has the basic skills.

Interest in the job is essential and on going training will be made available to help candidates become fully proficient. Help will be given to gain academic qualifications (RFS/ ISA Cert).

The company is based in South West Wales, we plan to become AA Approved within the next few months so being able to work to a high standard is needed.

The company currently employs eight, plus the director who is the Consultant/ driving force. I currently am the lead climber, but have other projects to concentrate on.

We have contracts to cover work in bad weather, booked many months in advance.

The post is for someone to become lead climber over 2 to 4 years. The yard is near Haverfordwest. We would welcome experienced climbers to be able to fill shoes straight away. Sorry for confusion.
