what was your budget on posts as it sounds like it would of been easier to use a larger supplier like jacksons,torry hill etc who charge a bit more but supply nationally. who is supplying the posts?

 

Torry Hill would not deliver to us as we're too far. When I asked them if they could put them on pallets, they said yes, we can put them on 5 pallets, 50 on each pallet making haulage hugely expensive and I don't really want to go get them. Didn't consider Jacksons.

 

I think it may be against forum rules to tell the name of the bloke. I think it's just a one man enterprise but not entirely sure as I've only ever spoken to him on the phone as they're so far away.

 

I like the idea of just going to make sure they get loaded. All it takes is a bit of wire and some gripples FFS!

I agree, naming the supplier wouldn't be good butr it's not against forum rules to name the courier Rover - Which one is it? They sound like top guys:thumbup:

 

Other option is for a nice guy from here who's near the supplier to package for £20/£30???
