Big Ben carved from tree stump on a272

Anyone off here responsible for the 8foot Big Ben carved from a tree stump on the left side of the A272, coming into Wisborough Green from the Petersfield side?

 

I only glanced at it briefly from the window but was impressed! Sorry, I didn't manage a photo!
