Completely agree. I had three Syccies to remove, contacted the council to check whether they had a T.P.O covering them. They didn't, however I was told that there "may" be a planning condition in place. I told them as there was no TPO I was going to remove them. They contacted me a week later to say they'd put a TPO on them. I informed them they were too late...
