good evening . could some one kindly point me in the right direction as to the best way to manage my customer base details names addresses ect future calls forward planning of jobs repeat jobs ie i would like to transfer all my little cards details onto a computer disc or programe sorry to waffle and my computer knowledge is at best very limited thanks :001_smile:

If you have limited computer know how then a spread sheet might be a good bet, or some mught say spread sheets are difficult and a specific program might be better, but I find specific programs ar ejust now right for what we want/need i.e. they are usually over complicated.

 

A spreadsheet can be made up with as many or as few columns as you need, and the data can be sorted in many different ways.

Looks like a great program. I gather they are offering low-cost monthly subscription as well so you don't have to spend a lot to set it up.
