Quick bank holiday job has lead to a broken machine!!

Single roller TW125, had new no stress unit this year, new SRB500 relay last month.

Green button will now not operate roller and I cant get it to in feed.

Blue button works in reverse no problem. Iv had the back off the switches and it all looks ok.

Hi Adam

Sorry that you have experienced a problem.

The situation you describe indicates a possible switch fault,

Please check for mechanical and continuity ALL the switches in your control box plus the safety bar switch.

Please check correct rpm of engine, it should be 3400 rpm

Please also check the tension of the drive belts, they should be 'Ping' tight

Please check the sensor for the no stress is as close as possible to the trigger wheel and is clean.

If after you have checked these things and you still are having problems please call me on 01449 765820 and we will try to assist further.

Good luck

Regards
