My Isuzu Rodeo is now five years old and has covered 250,000 miles almost fault free. In one week the front section of the exhaust has failed, the battery has died and she has sprung a few oil leaks! They don't make them like they used too!

 

Incidentally, the front section of the exhaust has a short flexi section - which is where it failed. From Isuzu, I was quoted £571 plus vat which includes my high mileage discount! (plus fitting and gaskets). One from from a breakers is a cool £80.

well, they do say that once you do a quarter of a million, it just goes downhill. Dont know who says it, but it seems true.

 

the week isnt over yet pete, theres still a few more days for stuff to break
