Cut and Stack price - what proportion should be deducted for not stacking?

Recently tendered to cut and stack a load of softwood clearfell; now don't need to stack - just fell, sned and cut the top off for pole length skidding.

 

Trying to see if I can reduce the £ so a) should I even bother and b) if so by how much for instance if I'd quoted £10/metre, what £ or % would be right and proper to discount?

how many trees can u fell and sned in day and divide into ur day rate. giv him a price per tree.

 

we use to fell 2 at a time, sned up1 and back down the other. It really depends on how hairy and what species they are

 

Quote has to be in metreage. Larch; bushy outsiders, pencils inside - lollipops really. Stand is mixed from 4" to 18" dbh...
