I have been asked to quote a detailed Survey of approx 60 semi to mature trees, Sycamores, Ash, Beech etc etc.....Some of which would need a climbing inspection following an order of work from Network Rail for one of my clients.

Can anyone give me a guide to priceing the job? How much do you think??? I have done individual tree inspections and surveys before but nothing of this size or nature.

Needless to say I want the Job!!! :thumbup1:

Thanks for your help in advance!!

How much do you charge per hour?

Time multiply by price per hour equals what you should charge. Thus you will make a profit.

If you desperately want the job take the calculated price and cut by two thirds and you should get the job and drain your accounts as well.

Dont under estimate the time involved, think of a time allowance, then think it over again CAREFULLY, then add 20% to time you finally decide on!

doing a thorough job takes time, and so does writing it up to any kind of profesional quality, I did a big one last year and it bit me in the arse bigtime!
