TPO's in a Phytophthora Ramorum site

if protection is in place , then due notice should be given for Conservation 5 day can be given though

same rule applys as below after the removal

 

felling a tpo is a step into the dark side , unless you are confident of the decline & dangerous conditon of the tree, the exemptions allow for the emergency felling

 

HOWEVER

 

the LA then can micro anaylise the tree after the event & if you've got it wrong be prepard to have enfocement actions against you.

 

 

If your sure bash on if not then DONT & seek clarifiction as to the extent of the issues to each specimen

 

the fines are per offence not per site

 

so for instance you take 20 trees down & * that by 20k your in a whole world of poope

interesting !! i was wondering if that because of the Phytophthora being present in a site with the possibility of the trees on site bening infected then the LA may remove any TPO's or Cons Area , just a thought tho .

 

Thanks for your advice , i will treat the job just the same as any other (but with alot more dissinfecting )
