Hi all, i accidentally turned my yale xtc climbing line into a 2m strop today  so need to replace it. My friction cord is fairly knackered aswell.

How are people getting on with Imori compared to 13mm ropes?

Also opinions on 8mm yale beeline please!

I was just about to start a thread about this as have recently purchased the imori and am running ocean poly which im really impressed with once set up right although cant get it to self tend. Im used to yale xtc 12 which i think is about 13 mm so having a smaller diameter is something new to get used to. looking forward to the responses

Well, i went for it!

it seems really nice to hold, but will give it a proper go at work tomorrow!

i like the smaller spliced eye compared to the xtc.

i'll post a quick review after a couple of weeks.
