Hi

Just a quick question, Can a Stihl ms260 be fitted and work properly with a carving chain for sculpting? Just starting out and cant really afford 2 saws, ideally one that i can do general tree work with and sculpting...any ideas?

cheers

tom

I would have thought so - the site below sells the Husqvarna 346xp with carving bars available, this saw is the Husqvarna equivalent to the MS260.

Once you are in a situation to run a few saws, I'd look at getting a smaller saw for the carving bar and stick a 15" bar on the 260 for general tree work, and blocking out carvings. Just my opinion though!
