U guys use your harnesses to climb I use mine to pull loaded trucks haha.Obviously I'm touch bigger than normal guy so my calorie Intake also is.average well built guy should certainly aim for a minimum of 3000 cals especially since this job is so active.

Hour of weights burns nearly thousand calories,add in cardio for half hour three times a week and that gut will be one of iron dude don't panic.

Aim for majority of calories to come from comPlex carbs and proteins and good amount of healthy fats.

If I can't get to gym I'll lift whatevers too hand

big logs to press and squat, gas bottle lateral raises and rows and shrugs

water barrels are good too.All your body knows is resistance,dosnt have to be fancy to get the job done
