Evening,

Just got myself a nice big tub of the Sci-MX GS5 Protein and got some free Sci-MX ZMA caps with it, just wondered if anyone had tried these at all?

Done some research on them and seem to have good reviews apart from the most 'Vivid' dreams of your lifes comments!

Cheers

I tried them and definately had the strange dreams mate but did feel as though I'd slept better, this could have been down to expecting that (all in my head). Long term though mate I can't comment I get bored easy with tablets and forgot to take them.

I slept better and I didn't feel quite so lethargic, other than that wasn't much to say bud sorry.if there free tho just pop them you will be reet.sure won't hurt

ZMA gives better quality sleep ie deep sleep so that's why you get funky dreams. I find because of the good deep sleep it is hard to wake up early, nothing new there.

Just make sure your eating plenty it's all I ever recomnd to anybody.

To give you an idea of how much you have to eat to repair and gain strength:I eat over 6000 calories a day just to maintain my size and strength,if I'm working hard in summer heat that will go up to around 12,000!

I would love to eat plenty but I just put it on as fat (a gut) is it just cardio you do to keep it off? Or will free weights everday sort it out?

Ive only just managed to cut down and see a sort of shape appearing where my gut used to be.I dont want to just pile it all on again! :confused1:

So far the ZMA caps have just left me feeling tired all day, may give them a miss"!
