Does anyone have a parts/instruction manual for a Riko 30D PTO winch, or have any experience in servicing them?

Any ideas/help gratefully received.

Cheers for the reply.

I have rung Riko UK who had never heard of a 30D! I have trawled t'net too but my Eastern European isnt too good, neither is auto-translating the pages.

Just for the record the manufacturers plate is as follows:

EKV-30D

masa (kg) 190 ((dont need help on that one!))

tov stevilka 3148

leto izdelave 1989 ((year of manufacture?))

Cheers

Can you post a photo of it? If it's red with a ratchet brake it's probably an early Krpan and if it's green (or maybe blue) it's probably an early RM one - chances are the only person at Riko who could help would be Steve.

Cheers for the info......however, we have managed to strip the winch down (lots of heat/cooling etc) and found the chainwheel where the friction material fastens to, and the drum face where the clutch 'rubs' will both need machining. The bearings dont look too good and the odd bush needs replacing. Add to that a new cable..................

Anyone got a 30-40 Kn PTO winch for sale, or recomend a new 'un?
