Occasionally the bottom roller on my 150 seems to stick or slow down, hitting reverse then forward again seems to solve it, this happened about 4 times the other day, ive not used it since through fear of causing further damage if its something serious???

Hi Busternick

This could be as simple as the the roller is jamming up with small particles and requires a good clean out of the roller box or it could be that a componet is worn and requires replacement.

I would suggest that you remove the bottom drive motor, which is held on by 2 M12 Caphead screws and check the roller for any foreign objects jamming up or any excess play in the roller assy.

If there is any damaged parts they should be easily identified when the motor is removed, and at least you can see the condition of the spline drive on the motor and roller very easily.

Dont forget to put some grease in the roller box (non graphite) when you re assemble.

Hope this helps
