Snow Damage ? 'S no fun ?

sry cant see any conifers are they further along.... had similar job other day, pine tree came down due to weight of snow on care home roof..was worse than it looked

Now we can see the pictures, morally and legally the neighbour has a duty to care for his trees. They now certainly need some attention, maybe even felling. Maybe the builder should not have placed a house as tight to the boundary, seeing as there are trees within the immediate vicinity. Yes the insurance will sort it out, thats what its there for, but with better planning this neednt have arisen in the first place.

just had a load of snow/ice off our roof falling on the 4x4. nightmare massive dint in the roof and bonnet . and smashed windscreen

what a lovely neighbour, I'd make sure he paid up out of spite after talking to me like that

Doesnt sound like nice neighbour but then maybe he wasn't happy about someone building a house a few feet from his property then complaining about the trees.

 

I would say its tough on the new neighbour tbh.

 

Heard too many times people complain about neighbouring trees when they have only just moved into the property.
