looking for a bit of work [south wales] please

hi all

anyone got a bit of work at the moment,if you have a busy spell or to cover staff holidays,south wales area or will travel within an hours drive

i am a self employed sole trader,but at the moment things are very slow

[weather not helping?]

nptc cs30/31/38/39 [new to climbing passed aug 2010] but love it.

cscs card,eusr card

full clean licence[pre 97]

own transport 4x4 [can carry out off road work].

 

have subbed for a company from dorset many times since 2008

last winter worked for them for 6 months hedge laying and fencing and worked on previous jobs tree and vegatation clearance [newt and dormouse work] knighton countryside management if you need a ref [they have a website]

many a letter sent with details,phoned the office and left details

what more can i do:blushing:

could be a few reasons

1,they dont need anymore staff:confused1:

2,they dont like my name [martyn amos??]

3,because i am self employed and such a awesome work machine,they feel under threat that i may take all their work off them and they wont have any jobs:001_tt2:

forgot to add i have all my own gear

climbing gear and saw,plus ground saws and i am a lovable rouge?

based in kardiff mate, dont know him personally, just know of him. Have spoken to some of the boys and seen thier work around.

 

in bedlinog he is "apparently" regarded as a local hero for giving so many of the locals employment! good on him for that

 

i have never had any dealings with him though so do not know much i'm afraid so cant comment on the above post
