I am also loving the rear cab bukhead, spot on! :thumbup1: (and still the retrofit option for rear wash/wipe ).

Could be a bummer if you gat a flat though, are you going to stash a spare somewhere, or maybe go down the tyreweld route :001_smile:.

lol!! i drove it about most of the summer with no bulkhead or tailgate!!:thumbup1:

the spare fits behind the passenger seat, enough room for a toolbox & saw as well, kinda had to sacrifice some load space to fit spare in cab!! im pleased with the outcome, it was always going to be a compromise however i built it, it does draw good attention though, unfortunatly some of it,, unwanted enquires about the little crane!!! grrrr!!!!!

last year we got caught out with the snow, the transit clearly wasnt much good!! decided a cheap 4x4 was needed, old hilux's seem to be making lots to go abroad, so, armed with some imagination, lots of evenings in the workshop we ended up with this!!! its biggest disadvantage is that i can only deliver 1 bag at a time, just hope it snows now!!:laugh1:

Well, the snow wish certainly came true .

Any word, robbo, on how well it performs in the snow?
