Is kindling worth the effort

i had a kindling machine for 3 years cost me 6 grand take to long you have to prep all the wood to 6 and 3/4 " first we could do 60 nets an hour but with 3 people to keep up, but if it keeps jammings on knots you can then half that. i then sold the machine for 4 grand on ebay. i now buy it in at £1.25 per bag which is so much easier, and its delivered i yhen flog it on to shops for £2 ish thats the way forward for me.

This man has been there and done it and is absolutely right. The figures put out by machine makers and hire companies is laughable.
