Forty something farmerboy wanted change so did NCH(arb) and cs30/31 last year . Where next, want to progress half way up the greasy pole as I get too old to wield the husky, already a slow climber ! ?

yes good idea thanks , but I was wondering wether to do more college studying / training or just get on with life and work , what I really mean is further study worthwhile ?

Further study can only benifit you, depends on where you want to end up in the Arb world.You set the goal then work out what you need to get there.Good luck and welcome to the site.
