The stress control on my 150 has become a bit sluggish, letting the engine revs fall to much before stopping the feed rollers, not enough to stall the machine but enough to block the exit chute?

Any help gratefully received, thanks

Hi Buzzsurgeon

Several things to check

1. Belt tension on 3 drive belts ; should be 'ping' tight + / - 2mm play upor down

2, RPM of engine : should be 2800 rpm +/- 20rpm

3, If you have a remote sensor fitted : ensure sensor is fag paper away from trigger wheel or ring gear.

4, If not remote sensor check check terminal plug on alternator is tight home.

If these checks do not serolve the problem please call me at TW Tech Support and we will take you through the next checks.

Regards
