Looking for advice on Arb Qualifications

Hi,

about me: I'm currently a self-employed gardener / landscaper operating in Yorkshire. I've always had a keen interest in trees, but chose to get trading as a gardener first before I made any commitments to working outdoors long term.

I've now decided to start training towards (long term) moving into Arb work.

I intend to get CS30,31 32 and 38 over the next year or so, so as to be able to add pruning etc to my repertoire.

I'm acutely aware of the value of experience, and don't want to rush anything at all, so would like to plan my entrance to a career as well as possible.

However longer term I'm not totally sure as to how to go about gaining experience, id imagine working with existing operators would be best? Or would people recommend looking at larger companies that do utility / forestry work?

Thanks for reading >.<
