first one found lurking in the yard followed by the others all in one garden surrounding a monster beech that failed.

thats some serious Kretschmaria on that beech!

 

last ones aminita rubescens by the looks

the kretschmaria took out a large limb which took out half the crown on its way down.. looked like a bombsite, just got to figure out what to do with the dbh 6ft stem now.. client wants it cut to 3ft high as a feature.

Ive not seen Kretschmaria turn out such a high point of failure before, interesting post.

Maybe it is 6ft, and he's caught us out with a fine perspective set up

it was 6ft dia at nipple height, about 8/9ft at ground level, a biggie for me.. heres todays little treat..

didn't see any, the fb nearest the waterfall was an old one- all split open but i get nervous around water with my beloved camera so didnt nip over there..

Sorry, didn't make myself clear, I meant I have no Fly Agarics emerging at my site yet.

 

Those in your shots are really impressive.
