Big Shot bungee replacement

The rubber tube on my Big Shot is cracking (perishing) and it's only a matter of time before it goes.

 

I vaguely remember someone on here replacing the tube - really don't want to buy the whole thing :-{

hi,i would cut the old one off then a little tip to sliding the new one on is to use hairspray (same way as putting new bike grips on) as its slippery as hell when wet and then when it drys off it sticks like **** to a blanket.

I've been told using the missus knickers either side isn't a good idea. Mainly for longevity of yourself!

 

I'm yet to invest in such a fun tool. Eventually will though!

Soapy water works like a charm too. Let it dry for 24 hours and it is a bomber.
