hard work getting 20" stuff to stand under a horizontal splitter? can you explain more? takes me onto my next question (vert or horiz splitter???)

1) only billet if i really have too

2) horizontal is my prefered choice

3) crane or similar implement is a must

4) clueless. where are you?? you could come see my setup

hi mate i'm in bridgend. would love to come have a look. i'm just playing at it really cos we produce timber as part of our management plan so i'm picking up bits of kit as the years go on. a long way off being reliant on it though unfortunately.
