Hi matey,

Just one thing i had with mine a few years ago is that the air filter was oiling up etc - pretty much as you have described. We found it was due to the mower being backed up a set of ramps and sitting at an angle whilst the box was being emptied. Just keep the air filter changed often, clean the plug etc job done! As for the fuel consumption that sounds about right if you are using it flat out. I found the best way to solve all these issues was to buy 124d's that are deisel and hydro high lift and cut at approx 18kph! We still have one of the old mvehh and use it to tow chippers about and rear mounted sprayer attached - it still keeps battling on!!!
