I tend to think that there may be a tendency to assume a knowing that can be misguided at times by attempting to do all things.....A sort of jack of all trades master of none kind of thing....but I know arborists who have assumed consultant status ( self proclaimed) without any real understanding of the possibilities or consequences . Its a rat race afterall!
