Challenge Tommy

Do not know if this has been seen before but I was watching tv at my sisters{I dont watch tv at home) and I came across a prog called Challenge Tommy on Quest. It's a building/house renovation thing? and i could not believe it when I saw a guy using a water cooled/diamond tipped chainsaw to cut through brickwork and not wearing any safety gear at all. There was a moment when he was wearing goggles but that seemed to be it.

Are there different rules for the building trade when it comes to using a chainsaw?

i know what you mean but the diamond saws work differentely than a normal saw, the chain is fairly smooth, more like the edge of a diamond cutting disc on a grinder, they wear away the brick rather than cut through it like a conventional chain, if you put it against you it would still leave a nasty scar but no where near as damaging. you need the goggles as you still get sparks and bits flying off but they are a nightmare because of the amount of dirty water flying about due to them being water cooled.
