Thought I Would Have A Bash

The Arrow, rises in the Radnorshire Forest and flows in an easterly direction, joining the Lugg just downstream of Leominster. It is predomiantly a wild brown trout river, although some good sized grayling are present to just upstream of Pembridge. As with the Lugg, it is one of the more leisurely paced Wye tributaries.

 

chuck another trout on the bbq! :lol:

 

Ace have you had any dealing with the Wye and Usk foundation as they have some fishing beats on that river, and in some cases do similar work to what i posted in the erosion thread,

thanks mate, yeahh it does flood a fair bit the river arcs right around this field so its underwater quite a lot during the winter, see the pic below, the red line shows where the river goes now and the yellow shows where it went like 5ish years ago, water does still flow round there not a lot though :001_smile:

 

Look at those willow why don't you. I can see the breeze wafting through them. Gorgeous spot.

 

When you barbequing the whale then? (naturally beached one of course)

Nope i've never even seen them round by us, talked about them at college a bit, love the work you've done :thumbup:
