What are you using to do the cuts, Mill or freehand?

Ok you need to treat it as two seperate pieces of timber as such.

E.G a piece of timber which has 45 degree angle.

Place your ladder at one end towards the angle Level it up and cut.

Once your mill cuts on the bend remove the mill and place the ladder from the bend to the uncut end and finish up. (you may need to cut some high spots down to get the levels to match up).

Enjoy cutting.
