Bill, if your still having problems today, unplug your modem/ router for 5-10mins, and then plug it back in and try, and if your running more than 1 computer on a wire network, unplug your hub/switch board aswell for 5-10mins.

figured it out, windows media player has a process that uses all ur memory. this is if you are sharing media files with xbox 360.
