Ok , when you have the Bulgin plug separated  look carefully at each plug , there is a castellated nut with four raised lands around the outside of the pins , carefully using a small screwdriver  , loosen these nuts (if you're careful you can fully unscrew and remove them) and then invert the plug so the pins are facing downwards and attempt to waggle the pin portion of the plug to see if there's water there ?

The continuity test i previously attached needs to test out correctly or the problem is from the plug back to the control box.

If you have an airline then I would suggest blowing out the plugs or alternatively you could use contact cleaner spray.

I’ve clean the plug but it was already spotless,is there a switch on the stop bar that could cause a problem , also the display read rollers on as it should , should there be 12v at the hershman plug only when chipping speed is reached? I appreciate your help on your day off 👍
