Hi to all, am new here.

Can anyone tell me all the differences between these two saws.

They seem close in power, do they use the same size chassis.

Do they use the same size clutch, carb, and airfilter setup.

Which one would you chose of the two.

Am looking for a saw to do some firewood, cut branches back around the house

and take care of fallen trees.

There seems to be a big difference in price between these two saws, wonder if it is justified.

I wouldn’t choose either, the 4 series saws are not the best, however the 435 gets .325 chain as opposed to 3/8 hobby , they are both composite crankcase and clam shell design, they share many components, do yourself a favour and get a 545.
