Has anyone changed a MT2 tip on Stump Grinder advice needed.

Hi, 

I purchased some new MT2 tips for my grinder and set about installing them. 

I managed to get the old ones out, but the last one was difficult. 

 

I followed all the guidelines when replacing them and even put in new bolts. 

But I had an issue with the last tip. It drops in ok, but I can't get the keeper in to secure it. 

 

This is annoying because it is the same keeper that came out too. I have even tried another keeper, and it will not go in. 

 

I was wondering if anyone else has come across an issue like this when replacing a tip? 

 

My Stump Grinder is out of action for now, and I need it for jobs.
