As a Trainee Tree Surgeon/Groundsman, you will receive hands-on training from our experienced professionals in the field of tree care. You’ll work on a variety of tasks alongside our team such as pruning, felling, and maintaining trees, as well as learning essential safety practices and techniques. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in arboriculture and make a positive impact on the environment.

 

Responsibilities:
- Carry out basic tree maintenance tasks and ground support activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Use and maintain tools and equipment in line with company policies.
- Ongoing training and development to build skills and knowledge.
- Work with the team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.

 

Key Requirements:
- No previous experience required – full training will be provided.
- A passion for working outdoors and with nature.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- A willingness to learn and develop skills in tree surgery and arboriculture.
- A full UK driving license.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
