We are looking for an experienced and qualified Climber to join our team based in Wombourne, near Wolverhampton.  Must have Aerial rescue and aerial chainsaw tickets, rigging would be an advantage too.

We are also looking for someone to take on a Team Leader role, this could be a Climber or an experienced Groundie, or someone who wants to cut back on their climbing and progress towards management.  Genuine opportunity to progress and be trained, we are looking for someone who can manage a team and help to develop a keen bunch of younger arbs in the intricacies of running a successful job.

We are an Arb Approved contractor so looking for people who can work to a high standard, follow a work spec and complete paperwork accurately, a good proportion of our work is on TPO/CA protected trees so knowledge of good pruning practices and BS3998 is essential.  Must be able to drive and preferably aged over 25 for insurance purposes.

Most of our work is commercial (around 80-90%) with some domestic, amongst others we work for Schools, Construction Developers, Facilities Companies and a national Pub Chain.  We DON'T do Utility, Rail or Highways so there's no mile-after-mile of repetitive work, every day can be different with some truly interesting jobs (Cranes, Rigging, MEWP's).  Core hours are 7:30-16:30 Mon-Fri, some early starts and late finishes are required depending on how far the job is but all overtime is paid, occasional (optional) weekend work is available at enhanced rates.

We are looking for full-time employees on PAYE with all the usual benefits, we might consider someone on a self-employed basis but really need regular full-time hours rather than odd days of availability here an there.

For more info call 01902 892652 and speak to Dan or Keith, or email [email protected]
