Rayco 165 super junior stump grinder

Hi everyone, hope your all keeping well, a question for you experts out there, my stump grinder head will not turn to the left, I’ve changed the hydraulic filter and new oil, it turns fine to the right, but not to the left, when trying the belt seals, all new belts and correctly tensioned, any ideas chaps? All help greatfully received, thanks Dan

Iirc, there’s a single hydraulic ram, operating the sideways movement, is that right?

Yes that’s correct, not sure why its suddenly started to not move
