Sad looking Weeping Willow - any suggestions?

I planted three weeping willows a few years ago. One of them is still healthy. The other two, ay more or less the same time, have started to look very unwell. Any suggestions? The two unwell trees are at least 100 metres apart, so it's an odd coincidence that they both got sick at the same time.
