Working in AUSTRALIA

I am currently 19 in the UK doing an apprenticeship, i love tree work and currently am ahead on my course climbing and taking down decent sized trees and have been told I am learning fast and have been told by people I work with that I am doing better than some people who have been doing it years and it’s my dream to go to Australia and work out there and I would love to do it within 2 years when I am a lot better. My questions are: Can I take over my own kit and be a subcontractor out there? Is the money better over there? How hard is it to get a job out there? Is it a long process? Is it worth it?

THANKS IN ADVANCE !
