Thoughts on this one, please?

Just moved in to a house in a conservation area.  The tree needs some TLC after a few years of being left to it's own devices.  I've tried the usual sources but cant manage to tie the species down so I can complete the advisory form to the LPA for pruning.

 

Any thoughts please?  (Apologies for the random nature of the images)
