Just reading up on setting up our business, under the Ltd company section on the gouverment website it reads the following........

 

*Must have at least one director (two if it's a plc) who may also be shareholders. Directors must be at least 16 years of age. At least one director must be a person.

 

So I cannot make my 10 week old pup a director then as hes not old enough!!

I got really bogged down into what the "person" means and laws surrounding the "person" and how relevant it was to the human being.

It makes me laugh when my boss walks around callin himself the maniging director it sounds so posh and upmarket which just isnt him
