** WORK ** - UA qualified teams willing to work in Oxford

Need 3-10 teams for line clearance work around Oxford area - PM ONLY 

 

Key benefits:

 

- 30 days payment 

- Weeks of work issued in batches 

- Approx £300 + VAT per man daily earnings (Not great IMO, but can sneak a few add ons to make it up)

 

Qualifications required: 

 

- each team would need to have 2-3 operatives with at least 1 climber and 1 aerial rescue. All operatives would need to provide all relevant NPTC chainsaw tickets, emergency first aid at work + forestry and have their UA1, UA2.1, UA2.2 & UA2.3. (If you don't have these, they can sponsor a team to get them) 

 

 

Equipment required/wanted: 

 

Tracked Chipper/ or Towed (access can be an issue with towed)

4x4

Tipper (this can be a 4x4 tipper)

Set of approved and tested insulated rods with the top rod foam filled.

Standard arb kit (saws, climbing kit and general tools)

Assisted felling kit (Pull rope with pulleys etc to set up 3-1 pull)

1^st aid/spill kit and safety documentation

 

 

Additional kit that is useful but not essential

 

MEWP (with plastic bucket if to be used on live work)

ROBO mulcher

Tractor and Flail

Tree shear
