husqvarna 450 not running

Hello, my husqvarna 450 chainsaw is not running, on starting up it starts very easily, runs for a second, spits smoke and dies. I've cleaned carburetor, cleaned air filter, checked the fuel filter(seems fine), checked spark plug(seems also fine, has a spark), changed the old fuel to new one. Is there anything else I should do?

I had similar issues but on a hedge trimmer. Changed spark plug and air filter, and it ran for a short time then started to bog down before stopping.  Took off exhaust and cleaned out a filthy spark arrestor screen (size of half a postage stamp) and it runs sweet now. You might want to consider that.
