Hi, this is my first post here. can anyone help me on how to fit a 3pt hitch to a massey ferguson 30E tractor with cab and front loader (it currently has a compressor i will remove) that i have recently come to own? also this is my first tractor so please expect me not to understand everything people say.

I think back end would be same as MF

265 (but open to correction 😁)

If you can find one for breaking, part’s could be compatible.

do you know if you have a hydraulic pump in the back end already?

or does loader work off engine mounted pump?

The loader should work out of the back end ,not a separate pump, as for the 3 point linkage, you should be able to get loads of bits on online, once your removed the compressor, which i think , will be held on with brackets, that how a mates of mine was, when we took it off.

That rings a bell. I remember noticing that the ones I saw on roadworks gangs had fixed brackets, not three point hitch. They used to be very popular with them at one time. I suspect you could replace the missing linkage once the brackets are off, but bear in mind you'll need a counterweight to compensate for the compressor removal.  Awful cab and transmission controls for use with the loader at max height and toe tip bucket though.
