Planning Timescales

Looked at a Job in Halifax some time ago to remove some trees and replace elsewhere on site.

Site was empty with permission to build one house and the trees were subject to planning conditions not TPO's so I've been dealing with plannning not the tree section

When I looked at the job the foundation trench had just been filled, the builder was a nice chap, worked on his own with a labourer, one of these that takes time on his jobs to make sure they are right and does everything himself.

Three trees to come down and replace

I put in my proposals as soon as I got home from site.

After numerous emails asking whats going on we still haven't got sorted and it has taken that long for planning to pull teir socks up the house is actually built and finished, bearing in mind one man has done the building

How long does it bloody take to look at some paint spots on trees, agree they need to come out and ok the species and positions of the new trees :confused1:
