Honda UMS425e head replacement - help

Hi all, my first post to reach out to some experts please. I have just bought this second hand brush cutter. It seems nearly impossible to easily replace the line so I was hoping to buy a simple speed feed head replacement but it looks like I might have bought the only right hand thread brush cutter out there as all the heads seem to be left handed. Any help you cons offer as to where I I can get a right hand thread (assuming m10) replacement head please?

Is it hard to replace the line because its worn out or something?because i had one a while back and found it easy enough to do

no, it’s not that. More the head is tiny and it can’t hold and line plus it’s very fiddly to put some in. I’m just interested in buying a new head
